The video is long and boring, even though it contains good information. The artist is hard to listen to.

This book is great for the beginning acrylic painter...but useless for the seasoned one. After painting in acrylic for a space of time, we learn all that was in this book. Of course that's probably true of every medium.

This is a great video. You'll notice on the cover there are 16 squares. This is the project that is demonstrated in the video. In each of the squares, a different technique is demonstrated as a sort of mini-project. What you end up getting is a sampler of various ways to handle acrylic paint, with techniques that can be combined. Find your favorite way(s) of working! These basic techniques offer quite a range of possibilities.
The excercise itself is very easy. This video is appropriate for beginners.

If your'e just wanting to watch a painting being painted , forget it! This is technique video. If your'e new to acrylics its a must. It instructs you on all the mediums you can use to inhance your art and the techniques to use them. Even if you have been painting with acrylics, there are little tricks and techniques to be learned.
