Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com
If the phrase "Blue scadoo, we can, too" means anything to you, and you know that salt and pepper are actually a married couple with French accents, you probably have a potential consumer of this 50-minute video residing in your household. During two 25-minute segments, our host Steve and his animated dog Blue together serve as a Martha Stewart for preschoolers by showing them how to make a stage-worthy sock puppet, bake a scrumptious banana cake, and mix yellow and red paint for that perfect shade of orange. Now the tricky part of owning this tape is that your child is going to want to sew, bake, and paint each time he or she watches this stimulating video. Are you prepared for such chaos? --Kimberly Heinrichs

5 out of 5 stars More fun with Blue   March 7, 2004
Kids can't seem to help but like Blue and all her friends. They are bright and colorful. The songs are interesting and repeated each episode to make it easy for the children to memorize. The arts and crafts on this tape can easily be replicated at home with your own children.

5 out of 5 stars My son loves Blue's Clues   August 3, 2002

I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of Blue's Clues. However, what is important is that my son is. HE enjoys it and has learned from this video.

My son can tell you what colors will mix into what colors (red and white make pink) and it was because of this video. He has experimented and learned other combinations since then. Thanks to this video for stimulating his curiousity about colors and mixing colors.

For this reason alone it's worth five stars! However, the whole video is like this, full of learning and great starting points for experimenting and learning more about arts and crafts.

Very fun.
Enjoy.
