This book covers all the basics for a person who
wants to learn to use acrylics. Its well written
with good examples and projects at the end of the book.

4 out of 5 stars Good introduction to acrylics   March 12, 2006

For someone just starting acrylic painting, I thought this was a good introductory book. It describes acrylics, materials (such as brushes) and various techniques. I thought the sample projects were a little complicated for a beginner. The rest of the book seemed geared to someone just starting acrylics, but the projects seemed more advanced.
